Summer Fair Raffle
The excitement is building as the list of prizes for our Summer Fair Raffle continues to grow. You could be the lucky winner of £200 in cash or one of the other fantastic prizes listed below. To join the draw, follow the instructions on the slip note and drop the envelope at the PTA Mailbox near the School Office window as soon as possible. You can increase your chance of winning by purchasing more raffle tickets at the school office. Your participation will make a significant difference, and we appreciate it greatly.

As you can see in the video, we need to go through a series of tasks to get the raffle ready for you. This is only one item of everything we are doing behind the scenes. At the committee, like most of you, we are busy parenting and working in demanding jobs. But the gratification of working for the community and benefiting our children makes everything worthwhile. How can you support us:
Distribute our flyers at local shops around Chingford. We left a pack of 100 flyers at the Office School. Feel free to grab as many as you want and distribute them in our local business (ask for permission first). Dedicate 1h of your day and it will be a massive support. As we are not on the main road, we need to spread the world.

Volunteers for the Summer Fair (support selling tickets and stalls, organising and managing queues of our attractions, etc.).
We are looking for a videographer and someone with expertise in curating exhibitions for our heritage project.
Affiliate program—We want to explore opportunities to bring discounts and special deals to our community. If you have experience with affiliate programs, please get in touch.
Summer Fair Attractions:
We're planning a fantastic day out for the whole family with loads of activities, including all the kids' favourite games and entertainment, plus a special visit from a magical fairy!
The wristband gives them unlimited fun on the inflatables and selected attractions. The wristband includes the bouncy castle, a giant inflatable funfair, a giant slide, an under-5's bouncy castle and slide, Victorian swings, and a roundabout. Make sure to get your tickets on our website.
Purchasing online promotes faster check-in and assists the PTA in planning for a better experience for everyone. Please consider getting your tickets as soon as possible.
Heritage Project Updates:
On Saturday (11/05), we met some volunteers to select photos and objects from the school archives to create our milestone wall. We want to retell the School story to a new generation of students.
Celebrating the school's legacy honours the institution's history, achievements, and contributions to the community. It promotes a sense of pride, strengthens community bonds, and inspires current and future generations, creating a shared identity and appreciation for the school's lasting impact.
